Training 300+ senior civil servants over 18 months in user centered design
We worked with the UK Government’s Home Office to design and deliver a bespoke training programme to increase the digital and design literacy of over 300 senior civil servants.
Delivering the programme over 18 months, we worked with the teams in-house to reflect and adapt our training iteratively. Our programme led to increased awareness and understanding of user centred design and how this tessellates with programmes of digital transformation.
Training Netflix to explore internal service improvement
We worked with Netflix’s production workflow teams to build awareness of the user experience of their service, delivering targeted training to create better visibility of the service they provide to content publishers
