Leadership coaching
Targeted coaching for leaders tackling the hard-to-solve challenges of delivering better services. We help you to ensure your products and services are delivering their organisational purpose and business outcomes. Choose from either a sustained relationship over a period of time, or one-off sessions
Service delivery coaching
Hands-on advice, coaching and support for teams building and running live services. We help teams to identify what’s not working in a service, and how to fix it. Providing feedback for teams through coaching and support to boost their skills and confidence, facilitation of regular show and tells, and setting strategic direction
Design community coaching
Build strong, empowered user-centred teams and communities of practice with targeted coaching. We provide practical and strategic guidance to help teams set priorities, build their skills and confidence and unblock organisational barriers to designing good services
Coaching educational leaders
We regularly work with leadership teams across multiple organisations and sectors to establish better ways of working that will enable good service design to thrive.
In 2025, we supported Manchester University, Glasgow University and the Open University’s leadership to understand the changing environment of academic services and explore new ways of working to adapt to these changing needs
Supporting a user centered design community
We supported Manchester city council’s growing user centered design community to build confidence and scale their impact by creating a regular rhythm of targeted coaching
We covered topics including how to make the case for service design, managing and engaging stakeholders and ways to demonstrate impact
