A bespoke programme for Genomics England
We worked with Genomics England to create a bespoke capability building program to support their service focussed restructure.
Over the course of a year we delivered targeted training and coaching to newly formed service delivery teams to create greater awareness and understanding of their service, and set priorities for improvement
Supporting a user centered design community
We worked with Novartis to support their user-centred transformation programme by creating a bespoke training programme for newly appointed service owners and service teams.
Working alongside their digital transformation team, we designed and delivered targeted training that created greater awareness of services and service design, allowing new service owners to confidently lead user-centric change
