This information is collected when a user chooses to sign up to our Newsletter, giving us consent to send the newsletter. Users can unsubscribe by contacting us on hello@good.services or using the ‘unsubscribe’ option in the email.

This is via our checkout process when you buy a course, contact us directly using the contact form or signing up to our newsletter

How long we keep information

We retain course participant information indefinitely unless we are asked for the right to be forgotten.

We only contact course participants in the lead up to the course they are attending, with a follow up email after the course has ended or in the future where we may change or alter content that was part of their course purchase (e.g a change to the members areas)

We will never add course participant information to a mailing list.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Squarespace processes names, email addresses and occupations as part of our mailing list Squarespaces processes names, email addresses, occupations and financial details to administer payments. 

Stripe

This data processor does the following activities for us: Square spaces processes names, email addresses, financial details which include bank card numbers, banks and payments to process payments

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
